LAHORE: (Thursday, May 29, 2025): The Punjab University administration has decided that the hostels will be completely vacated during the summer vacations. In this regard, the PU spokesperson said that it has been decided to keep the hostels closed from June 6 to August 27, while students doing theses in the last semester will have to take formal permission from their supervisors and HoDs. According to the spokesperson, departments continuing academic activities during the summer vacations will be obliged to take permission from the Vice Chancellor. He said that only international students will be allowed to reside in the hostels during vacations.
